About Lynne
Lynne directs the L&S TA Training and Support Team and oversees the development, implementation, and strategic direction of college-level TA programming. She supports L&S graduate students, departments, and leadership in interpreting and implementing graduate affairs policies and practices. She works collaboratively with a range of partners to support graduate students, including HR, the Graduate School, and the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Mentoring.
Lynne’s background is in the biological sciences. She holds a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Washington and taught Biochemistry at UW-Madison before taking on her current role.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking her dogs, and spending time with family.
